Courtesy cars are not supplied by your insurer, they are simply provided by the motor vehicle repair centre.
Do not be fooled by the Insurer who tells you won’t get a car if you don’t use them … as you will, they are just trying to force you to use their own repair centre to obtain large discounts that benefits them so they pay for a cheaper repair to your vehicle.
